  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Coverage (Physical Products)

  • We currently ship across all Emirates within the UAE.

  • International shipping is not available unless stated otherwise on the product page.


3. Delivery Timeframes (Physical Products)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.


5. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations and products.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Customers must provide a valid contact number to confirm COD orders.


6. Digital Products Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered instantly via email or customer account after successful payment.

  • No physical shipment is involved for digital products.

  • Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.


7. Tracking Information

  • Once your physical order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect details or unavailability.
