1. What products do you sell?
We sell a combination of digital products (such as downloadable files, tools, or licenses) and physical products shipped within the UAE.
2. How do digital products work?
Once your payment is successfully completed, digital products are delivered instantly via email or through your customer account. No physical shipping is involved.
3. How long does delivery take for physical products?
Delivery times within the UAE are:
- Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products. Availability and any additional charges will be shown at checkout.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through supported payment gateways. Available options are displayed during checkout.
6. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold on 85 Line—both digital and physical—are 100% original, verified, and quality-checked.
7. Can I return or refund my order?
- Digital products: Due to their nature, digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless stated otherwise.
- Physical products: Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in original condition.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
9. How can I track my order?
For physical orders, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
10. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
